We Are Very Selective

At Todd Murphy Law, we don’t work with just anyone.  We only work with people whom we know we can help and those that have the necessary resources to be successful.  We don’t waste your time or money with unproven strategies.  We know you want results and we know how we can get the result you want.

It Starts With A Free 30-Minute Telephone Conference

All potential clients are interviewed in an extensive 30-minute telephone conference.  We have a prepared list of questions that we will run through with you which are designed to quickly and efficiently gather the necessary data we need to assess your situation and recommend options to address your situation.  If necessary, we will schedule an office appointment if your issues are more extensive than can be covered in a 30 minute telephone conference.

Office Appointments

We do not provide free consultations in the office.  Office appointments are scheduled once we have had a telephone conference where we have listened to and understood your personal situation and provided an over-view of the services we can provide that we believe may address your situation.  We have a modest fee for the first office appointment which, if you retain us, can be applied to fees for our services.  Sometimes you may leave the office appointment with a clear outline of your situation and a course of action but do not need our services.

Client Meetings

Out of respect for your busy schedule, we keep client meetings to an absolute minimum.  Most conversations can take place over the phone and we make extensive use of email.  Of course, when it is necessary, client meetings can be scheduled to review your case in detail or to prepare for hearings or other court proceedings.

Our Fees

We understand legal fees can be very difficult to afford.  We have low flat fees and payment plans for most clients.  We also take credit cards to assist in financing your legal fees.  Click here to get a price list of our most common fees.
